I had a pretty good stay at the hotel. The location is convenient, with easy access to transportation and shopping centers. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, especially Mr Álvaro. However, the room could use better soundproofing, and I felt a little uneasy about the surroundings at night. Overall, it's decent value for money.

I had a mixed experience at this hotel. On the bright side, the location is fantastic, right in the heart of the city with plenty of shops and restaurants nearby. The rooms were clean and bright, though a bit smaller than I expected, especially coming with a baby. The staff was somewhat unfriendly, which was a letdown. I also found the breakfast to be a bit simple, lacking variety. Overall, it was decent for the price, but there were definitely areas for improvement.
